Spherical Roller Bearings
Spherical Roller Bearings
A spherical bearing is a bearing that permits angular rotation about a central point in two orthogonal directions (usually within a specified angular limit based on the bearing geometry). Typically these bearings support a rotating shaft in the [bore] of the inner ring that must move not only rotationally, but also at an angle.
Spherical Plain Bearings
Spherical Plain Bearings
Spherical plain bearings also know as radial spherical plain bearings, radial spherical bushing, eye bushing, pillo ball, rod end bearing, radial bushing, eye bearing, axial spherical plain bearings, angular spherical plain bearing, earth movers bearings.

Conveyor Pressed Bearings

Linear Motion Bearings

Conveyor Pressed Bearings
These bearings are suitable for any conveyor system speed, but are typically used when speeds exceed 400 rpm or when conveying heavy material handling loads across the conveyor system. These bearings have hardened and ground balls, raceways and retainers. They are available shielded or sealed. These are ABEC-1 bearings and come either grease packed or oiled.
A linear-motion bearing or linear slide is a bearing designed to provide free motion in one dimension. There are many different types of linear motion bearings.
Motorized linear slides such as machine slides, XY tables, roller tables and some dovetail slides are bearings moved by drive mechanisms. Not all linear slides are motorized, and non-motorized dovetail slides, ball bearing slides and roller slides provide low-friction linear movement for equipment powered by inertia or by hand.

Linear Bearing Bushes

Ball Joints

Linear Bearing Bushes
Linear bushing bearings and linear way bearings incorporate several rows of recirculating balls or rollers for low friction, precise linear motion. Linear bushing bearings use a round shaft and linear way bearings have a rectangular shaped track.
Housing of zinc alloy of low frictional & superior wear resistance and Ball-stud of steel specially heat-treated and ground with Rubber dust cover. Suitable for both directions thrust load and radial load simultaneously and impact heavy load.

Needle Bearing

Oilless Bushes

Needle Bearing
A needle roller bearing is a bearing which uses small cylindrical rollers. They are used to reduce friction of a rotating surface.
Needle bearings have a large surface area that is in contact with the bearing outer surfaces compared to ball bearings. Additionally there is less added clearance (difference between the diameter of the shaft and the diameter of the bearing) so they are much more compact.
The Self-Lubricating OilLess Bushes are Graphite Embedded type bushes, Equi-sized and Equi-spaced holes are drilled all over the walls to cover approximately 25% of the total surface area, and are then plugged with graphite rods acting as solid lubricant which is constantly available for lubrication during the life time of the Bush. These are broadly categorised into three groups as per their Base Material namely.

Self Lubricating Bushes

Spherical Bearings

Self Lubricating Bushes
Self-lubricating plain bearings have a lubricant contained within the bearing walls. There are many forms of self-lubricating bearings. The first, and most common, are sintered metal bearings, which have porous walls. The porous walls draw oil in via capillary action and release the oil when pressure or heat is applied. Another form is a solid one-piece metal bushing with a figure eight groove channel on the inner diameter that is filled with graphite.
A spherical bearing is a bearing that permits angular rotation about a central point in two orthogonal directions (usually within a specified angular limit based on the bearing geometry). Typically these bearings support a rotating shaft in the [bore] of the inner ring that must move not only rotationally, but also at an angle.
